CARDIO FUSION – This high-energy workout helps strengthen your heart and improve your balance. Using the BOSU balance trainer, our trainers integrate sports-specific drills and movements with step-segment choreography to bring out your inner athlete.
FIT FUSION – Want a total body workout? It’s the perfect fusion of aerobic, strength and endurance exercises that target core strength and posture to improve your overall level of fitness. Easily tailored to individual fitness levels and needs, this class is a great FIT for anyone from the beginner-exerciser to the most advanced.
PILATES-BASED CORE CONDITIONING – Core conditioning is the most essential part of any safe, effective exercise program. Based on the highly successful fitness regimen created by Joseph Pilates, our Core Conditioning program (also available as private sessions) will help you realize the Pilates Promise:
